After the lawsuit was judged, they were unable to perform due to the complicated relationship between the funds and property of the defendant units. In this way, the loan of more than 3 million yuan could not be recovered despite the arduous litigation. In the contract, both parties agreed to extract the investigation service fee according to the lower limit of the subject. According to the specific circumstances of this case, we have selected experienced investigators to form an investigation team. After 30 days of arduous investigation, we have found a large amount of development funds in Shanghai by the above-mentioned defendant units. Two real estate and business projects were also found in the city. We provided hard evidence to the court's enforcement division, allowing our client to recover a huge loan.
